Yes, after all the unpopularity they have garned due to their actions in office does not reflect on his ability to get them elected in the first place.

You're not supposed to be thinking that.  Instead Democratic Munchkins should be going this morning:

♫Ding! Dong! The Witch is dead!
♫Which old Witch? The Wicked Witch!
♫Ding! Dong! The Wicked Witch is dead!

♫Wake up! Sleepy head!
♫Rub your eyes, get out of bed.
♫Wake up, the Wicked Witch is dead.

And has already been said he's obviously going to be working on 2008 now.

Well, on the bright side Bush is now "BRAIN"-dead ... It was sad enough to watch Bush`s pact with the DEVIL (="The BRAIN" aka "Karl Rove"): Bush´s brain implanted into Karl Rove while Bush adopted the brain of the devil. And I always thought Bush was against same-sex brain adoption and transplantation ... ?

How so? Under his direction Bush popularity has been one long unending decline since Sept. 2001, the Republicans have lost Congress, and voters now trust the Democrats more on every single issue. He must be the worst political advisor in the history of this country.

Yes, he is.  Look at what he's done for our country.  America is a safer, more stable place than it was before Rove offered his services.  The economy is humming along at breakneck speed, people are prospering, and people that couldn't afford insurance before now have it thanks to work done by congress and our president and his advisers to help make insurance affordable for American children.

I mean, I have no complaints.  Our country is better than it ever was.  Our roads are top notch, our schools are the best in the world, and we are setting a moral standard.  Fags can't get married now... that was clearly important to the very foundation of America.

I just can't stop gushing about how wonderful Karl Rove is and what his ideas have brought our country.  Prosperity for all and to all a good night!

Absolutely. Let's just ignore all of that politically motivated impending doom.

Now now ... I detect a hint of sarcasm from you ... but keep in mind the following:

*America is safer because, as Bush often points out, his administration has given unhappy Arabs a place in the Middle East at which they can strike at America (saving them the cost of the airfare).  And the only people who get hurt there are those who volunteer to go there ... and when we run out of those we can just draft some new ones (giving of course the children of politicians special exemptions).

*The economy is humming right along.  Exxon is turning in record profits.  The rest of the American business world isn't important, they can buy Exxon stock.

*Health insurance is something for the wealthy.  You certainly wouldn't be proposing the United States implement a system similar to Great Britain or France, would you?  My God, those countries have streets filled with impoverished doctors begging for money.  The black plague is making a comeback.  Poor healthcare execs can't afford a Ferrari FXX and have to be satisfied with the F430.  God forbid such horrors would visit America!

*Yes, our roads and bridges are slightly substandard.  But we had to choose between new baseball parks or new bridges.  I think the decision was pretty obvious.

*Our schools would be better if we only had more meaningless slogans like "no child left behind".

*Keeping fags from getting married is exactly what was meant by "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion".  Because even though you can't impose your religion on me, I can tell you that my God hates fags and therefore you can't get married.

I can only see one downside to this:
Now with rove gone the only one to hold onto the reigns of power is Cheney... not a good prospect, but there is one good bright spot:
Whoever's campaign he attaches to he will ultimately sink!
YAY Democrats 2008!

Democratic Munchkins singing:

But seriously he has to be one of the most snide/corrupt/evil politicians in US history and not just because of his politics, his overall character is scary.

Now that I think on it, I guess Rove as Wicked Witch of the East to Cheney's Wicked Witch of the West makes a bit of sense.  However, I absolutely refuse to accept Hillary as the Good Witch of the North.
