District Court Judge Robert Hinkle ruled immediately after the hearing, so that likely bodes ill for any appeal since the plaintiff couldn't even come up with an argument strong enough to make the judge think on it a while before making the ruling.

No, Florida needs to stop trying to get glory for itself. They get enough political attention anyways.

I don't think they were trying to pull anything. Being from NC and having our primary in MAY it feels like our say don't matter because by the time we get to vote the election is over. That is why I think we should have them all on the same day so that all the state have their voices heard.

I don't think they were trying to pull anything.

The DNC specifically said that if they put their primary in January, they would lose all of their delegates.  They went ahead and did just that, and the DNC followed through on their threat.

It's quite evident that they were trying to pull something: namely, to try and get away with breaking DNC rules.
