A developer gave him $40,000, and in exchange, Don Young snuck a $10 million interchange near his land into a bill AFTER IT HAD ALREADY PASSED CONGRESS. Who let a Republican near a passed bill? You can't trust them. Another black eye for Pelosi for trusting Republicans too much. The receiptent of the $10 million is Lee County, Florida, and its planning organization is headed by a Democrat, who promptly returned the money. If Congress wasn't a total joke, they'd kick Don Young out.
