Sign me up!  Just because we find one small problem doesn't mean we need to change back to something with several problems (first past the post.)  I'd be okay with Approval voting, but I like Preferential much better.

Thank you Cheese and LiberalPA!  Everyone should note that this anti-PV stuff popped up almost the same time last year.  I suppose its like annual forum PMS.

Agreed, but the anti-reformers who oppose PV around here want to mandate a two party system.  Blues and Reds would never have nominated Gus or any other moderate.

I STRONGLY disagree.  Who would have nominated Gustaf?

The UAC came into existence before Preferential voting. Its reasonable to assume from the disarray of the GOP/ANP/SRP/CPP that the UAC would have still run Gus.

This is wrong, in the first election Supersoulty was the GOP nominee, and had the GOP not been broken up by the UAC, I'd have been the second GOP nominee.
