Would each Governor please post a link in this thread to their constitution.  (I understand the Northeast region is still working on theirs.)  Once that is done, let's have StevenNick post a link to this thread in the Atlas Forum Headquarters.

No...we have decided for the time being to be a "common law" state.

If there is any great demand for one, I will start proceedings, but I've brought up the issue and haven't heard any such demand.

As far as I know, the only regional laws required are those specifying when and how the Governor is elected.   We hold elections every September, January, and May under a preferential voting system.
