Democrats already have a candidate for this seat.  Former Rep. LaRocco.

If I had to place a bet on a hypothetical general election match-up: Craig still beats LaRocco.

Propositioning a policeman in a public restroom is well understood to be a crime here.
What's wrong with seeking consensual sex? Huh (And he didn't proposition a "policeman", he propositioned a random stranger who happened to be a policeman. And only one who knew these signals - the ignorant would not have felt propositioned.)

Having sex in a public place is, near universally, against the law.
