I mean even compared to Giuliani does the mass bombing of Cambodia, the constant propping up of dictatorships and sometimes installing them like in Chile with a Mafia-like CIA, Constantly breaking US and international laws for various reasons, trying to assist in the fixing of an election.. and so on, These things seem to come from a man with less Ethics than Giuliani?
