No; Nixon was more capable, and more ethical than Giuliani.
Also, Nixon didn't campaign as "pro-war," he campaigned as having a 'secret plan' to end the Vietnam War with 'peace and honor.' Giuliani and the other GOP candidates (with the exception of Paul and Brownback) don't understand that in order to win, they need to do the exact same thing on Iraq.

Yes, Giuliani would be very similar to Nixon in his presidency. However, so will Hillary, unfortunately.
I disagree with you on the first, agree on the second. Nixon actually governed like a Liberal with the exception of Vietnam and a few things, chances are Giuliani will govern much more to the Right.
