I know for a fact that this will not happen.

But, on the republican side former goverenor of New Mexico, Gary Johnson is nominated and he selects Rudy Giuliani of New York to balance the ticket geographically.

On the democratic side, Bill Richardson is nominated for President and he selects Tom Vilsack of Iowa for vice president.

Who would win this battle of the New Mexicans? Discuss with maps.

In an age of unpredictable election outcomes Bruce finds himself reelected in 1908 against an opponent whose name escapes me at the moment. Blanche Bruce served as Vice President under Frederick Douglas whom Cleveland defeated in 1900. His Vice President runs to replace Bruce in 1912.
