Would you care to provide any examples?

I'm not the biggest fan of Arlen Specter either (or any politician, particularly), but that kind of comment on a person is usually backed up with some kind of justification.

Specter is hateful to Mitty, ie Mitty hates Specter. Doesn't mean that Specter is full of hate himself.

I don't believe it will help him any.  He would still need to convince the judge that he didn't understand his rights when he pleaded guilty, and to do that within 4-weeks is a tall order.
