I think we deserve to know why he's not more active and failed to close the governor's booth on time and open the amendment booth. (Has someone contacted Bacon King?)

If he doesn't say something about that, then a recall petition is in order.

having read the section of the constitution about recalls, I am going to say that if we do not hear from Bono by 9 PM EST tomorrow, I'm going to formally open a petition for the citizens of the Southeast calling for a recall election.

I realized that under the SE Constitution the only vote I could invalidate was my own, which changed nothing.  Getting the whole election invalidated would have been difficult, since there's nothing which says that the actual dates of the election must be present in the election thread.

The SE unfortuantely put its election code into the Constitution a while ago and nothing else speaks to the matter.

Since the legal challenge was dropped, yes, you would appear to be the Southeast Lt. Governor.
