I understand that second hand smoke is deadly, but I just don't think restaurants & bars should be forced to ban smoking. IMHO, that's kind of like saying drinking can kill you, so it should be banned from all restaurants.

Yeah, if there was such a thing as second hand drinking.

But you can chose whether or not to enter a restaurant that allows smoking, just like you can chose whether or not to drink.

Guns - I support the right to bear arms, there should only be a few very basic laws such as background checks.
Gambling - Should be legal.
Alcohol sales restrictions - The drinking age should be lowered to 18.
Tobacco - There should be a few restrictions, such as age restrictions.
Smoking in public - Whether or not smoking is allowed should be up to whoever owns the property, although I would support smoking bans on public property.
Tobacco advertising - Should be legal.
Strip clubs - Should be legal.
Fashion industry (in relation to eating disorders) - Eating disorders are obviously bad, although I'm not sure what government can do to stop them.
Fashion industry (in relation to "morality") - I have not moral issues with fashion.
Pornography - Should be legal, except for child pornography.
Prostitution - Should be legal.
Fast food - The government shouldn't be controlling your diet.
Pop sales in high schools - Same as above.
School uniforms - I oppose public schools having them, although private schools should be allowed to have them if they want.
Marketing to minors - Should be allowed, except obviously for things that are illegal for children to use.
Violence in the media - I oppose any from government censorship.
Sex in the media - Same as above.
Profanity in the media - Same as above.
Suburban development - I'm not really sure.
