Guns (Maintain the Second Amendment but pass laws that make it harder for criminals to obtain guns.)
Gambling (Dangerous and not ideal, but it shouldn't be illegal.)
Alcohol sales restrictions (Maybe some common-sense restrictions, but not strict regulation.)
Tobacco (Dangerous, unhealthy, and not ideal, but it shouldn't be illegal, and banning it when so many people use it would be pointless.)
Smoking in public (Protect people against second-hand smoke and have some restrictions, but allow business owners, etc. to make decisions in some situations.)
Tobacco Advertising (Maybe, just as long as you adequately warn people of the health risks.)
Strip Clubs (Not ideal, but they shouldn't be illegal.)
Fashion Industry (in relation to eating disorders) (Not too strict, but recognize that everyone is beautiful in their own way.  Knowing what happened or may have happened to women I admire such as Karen Carpenter, Kirsten Haglund, and Vera-Ellen, I think more action needs to be taken, but don't over-regulate it.)
Fashion Industry (in relation to "morality") (I come from a church that places strong emphasis on "modest" dress, some to the point of not allowing makeup or jewelry.  I personally don't believe those things are necessarily immoral, but I do believe that it's important to be selective about how you dress.  I know that some dress may not be ideal for some people.  However, don't make it illegal to sell or advertise them.  After all, who determines what is "moral" or "modest"?)
Pornography (Immoral, but don't ban it except for child porn.)
Prostitution (See pornography.  Maybe some restrictions, but I'm not sure it should be illegal altogether.)
Fast Food (Tastes good, though too much can be unhealthy, but don't punish people for eating it beyond their conscience or the health ramifications, and encourage healthier options.)
Pop sales in high schools (See Fast food.)
School uniforms (Let the individual school districts decide.)
Marketing to Minors (No to illegal products, tobacco, alcohol, etc., but allow it on food advertising and other similar industries.)
Violence in the media (See Gambling.)
Sex in the media (Allow honest discussions about sex, but have limited rules on what can be depicted.)
Profanity in the media (See Sex in the media.)
Suburban development (Take action to limit urban sprawl, but repeal eminent domain except possibly in some very specific circumstances, and don't stop urban sprawl altogether.  Not sure what category that would fall into.)
