Section 2.
The Atlasian government will increase investment in embryonic stem cell research by a further $25 million.
Well, at least you spelled "research" correct, which certainly makes it a step up from the current Section 2.
I do object so far as that the bill does not clearly state whether this is a one-time investment of $25 million ($50 million in the original bill), or whether this is an increase of $25/50 million per year.
Well it would be based on the provisions set out in the previous bill on which the 'findings' are presumably based. If the bill is to be read independently then the amendment can be reworded.
