haha....DC isn't far left?  Giving 90% of the vote to Democrats isn't authoritarian when polls show that at least 20% of the voters vote on social issues.

To put Denver as a right leaning Libertarian is also a joke.  Denver is Libertarian on some things, but is quite liberal as a whole.
