The Home for Every Child Initiative

Section One
No adoption of a minor in the Southeast shall be denied solely on the basis of the sexual orientation of the prospective parent.

Section Two
No government agency overseeing adoptions in the Southeast may inquire as to the sexual orientation of a prospective parent requesting to adopt a child.
