I've always considered people who are for more censorship to just be lazy parents.  Buy a v-chip TV, turn on parental blockers online, and don't buy T or M rated video games.  Its that simple.  There's a reason we have a rating system for TV, movies, and video games.

That has absolutely nothing to do with the question.

What?  I thought that the whole question was about children's access to "disturbing" images in the media.  I responded by commenting on the related topic of ratings systems and parental blockers which when used properly should create an environment in which children are safely protected from media content meant for mature audiences.  I'd say my comments have everything to do with the question which is why I made them.
