In a report by MSNBC.com,  The criminal investigation into Former New York City Police Chief Bernard Kerik, who was chief during Rudolph Giuliani's mayoral tenure, is on track to crash headlong into Rudy Giuliani's general election campaign with him possibly being called to testify when he wants to be out campaigning for the final push for votes.

Could Bernie Kerik end up costing Rudy Giuliani the White House, all other things aside?

I think it possibly could, especially if he is called to testify during his general election campaign and his testimony is used against him.
