I see the possibility of some being higher than that of others based on what we currently know, but as for actually believing something to be definitely true, none of the above.

Only 5 with absolute certainty (note that the wording does not require that evolution be true, only that evolution be reasonable; I would give evolution's truth the same qualification I give the non-existence of God, that there is an obscurely remote chance that it isn't the case).

With absolute certainty?  NOTA.  I don't really believe anything with absolute certainty.

Because of the wording of #5, under any understanding of human logic, it is automatically true, as Verily said.  I'm going to assume the intent was to ask whether it can be accurately explained under such a paradigm and reply to the poll accordingly.

Of them, evolution is the only one that I think is "extremely likely"; and prayer curing medical conditions, I find likely, but only because of psychological reasons.  I also tend to lean toward God not existing, although that's perhaps mostly because I am ultraskeptical of a god in the Christian sense of the term.

Again, the wording comes back to bite you with the prayer question. Prayer heals some problems due to the placebo effect, but it does so indirectly, not directly. (Incidentally, a Christian would also not believe that prayer heals medical issues directly as God must heed the prayer and do the healing himself.)

Oh, I didn't see "directly."  Good thing I didn't vote for it, then.

2 (ever heard of the placebo effect?),
3 (why wouldn't he?),
5 (strong live, weak die, simple concept),
6 (it's always supposed to be an event in the future, no one is supposed to expect the Second Coming, which is why the "these are the End Times" folks turn me off),
and 8 (especially the self-fulfilling kind that our politicians practice!)

2 (ever heard of the placebo effect?),

The wording ("directly") is intended to specifically exclude the placebo effect.

I'm wondering how all those who vote option five can back it up.

No, I don't think typing "Proof of Evolution" into google and then copy-pasting the results back here counts.

That's your interpretation. Sugar pills don't directly fix sickness, but they still do the trick for some people. It's mental. And prayer is a mental thing. If you believe you'll be healed, you could be.

I believe communication with dead people might be possible.  Of course I've never done it, but I think it could be possible.  Or perhaps better would be that dead people can communicate with us.

I believe in evolution and natural selection.

I believe in re-incarnation, but not in the sense that I will come back as a cow if I live a perfect life.  Ugh.. I've opened my own Pandora's box..

I like you. You are christian, and have a strong faith in a good God, yet are still ready to live life on Earth.

I am willing to re-think the latter-day prophets ...but I skeptical that you can actually communicate with the dead though I am beginning to suspect that there may be ghosts...

Does #7 mean that masturbation or protected sex is murder? If so, I commit like a billion of murders a week.

No, because you don't conceive anything that way.
