Morgan is a young politician, born in the capital of Alberton.  He had been atheist as long as he could remember, although he was confused before he really knew what an "atheist" was.  He got a degree in history, and became a professor at a local community college.  After several years of teaching, he entered politics as a member of the Constitution Party.
