Who would you have voted for in the 1980 Presidential Election?

I would have voted for Congressman John Baynard Anderson of Illinois. To think at one stage, he had 25% in the polls, shame he didn't continue that momentum. Sad

I did vote for Carter. I'd still stand by the vote as the best of three very bad choices.

Carter. If not thinking strategically, maybe Anderson, but Carter was the only one who could defeat Reagan.

I prefer Anderson but only Reagan because of how he handles the hostage crisis.

Handles?  What do you mean?  The hostages were let go as soon as he was elected, he never did anything to free them.

Yes he did Governor HappyWarrior. He dealed with the Iranians. Well that's what I've heard before. Crazy conspiracy theories.

No, moments after Reagan was inaugurated, they were released.  For more info, go here.
