He was a very interesting guy to debate with. I wish he'd come back, mainly because I'd be intrigued in hearing his take on recent political events and the direction of the country. He was pretty much the most strongly pro-war person on the forum, and I'd like to see his current take on it.

I think a lot of conservatives left the forum because politics is pretty depressing right about now if you're a conservative. I took a hiatus for much of 2005 for many of the same reasons.
