Fascist.  Btw, mine above was Lord Berners (Gerald Tyrwhitt-Wilson, 14th Baron Berners), who was actually reputed to be a fascist sympathizer.

Hmm. A reasonably well-meaning Elitist Nationalist, in the Nehru vein. Closer to a Fascist than to a Communist, then, in a way. But also closer to a Communist than most other "Communist" dictators the world has seen.

Neither in the normal use of the words, but Communist if the word is taken to mean something other than Marxist-Leninism and all further bastardisations of it.

Normally, I would consider a sectarian Marxist-Leninist as a fascist, but his successful fight for freedom against openly fascistic election legislations marks him as an FF Communist.
