Shoots that, unless he resigns one day before the end of the term, is replaced, and then is sworn in, but Jas wouldnt do somehting like that, that just isnt him.

I don't know if the Presidency would be the right fit for me this February, but I might consider the Vice Presidency.  A lot depends on who decides to run in the NLC Primary.

I would suggest that we just forgo the whole primary thing overall, or people just shouldn't have it concern them that much. We just need as many candidates as possible to make things intersting. There can be primaries and endorsements and what have you but these primaries that actually mean something, like the Progressive Primary, reduce the amount of candidates running and reduce the amount of competition in the actual elections.

I will remove any speculation that I am thinking of running as it would not be worth my effort for a race I would lose.  I would definetly support SoS, Sam, Rocky, or Willy Woz and probably a few others as well.  As far as President Wixted, I do not disapprove of his job in office but the game imo will get trite and mundane if we have him serve another term

Jas and Sensei are likely possibilities.

POTENTIAL PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES IN FEBRUARY

  • Governor of the Southeast, BaconKing
  • Mideast Senator, Sensei
  • Lieutenant Governor, Rockefeller Republican
  • Vice President, Jas
  • Southeast Senator, Sam Spade
  • Governor of the Northeast, MAS117
  • Former Senator, Dave Hawk
  • Mr. Gporter
  • Mr. WillyWoz

I'm just listing people's thoughts on the issue of the February Presidential Election. These people may or may not decide to run for the Presidency of the Republic.

Jas and Sam Spade are the best and most competent possibilities, IMHO.  I would definitely consider voting for either one of them.  The rest, well, I am not totally convinced they are quite up to par compared with the two I have already mentioned.

As I have stated in my Lieutenant Governor's thread, I will not be embarking on a Presidential campaign in the upcoming Presidential Election. I have much more to accomplish in the Northeast before I feel the time is right for me to run.

That is a ticket I would enjoy seeing.
