DECEMBER 2007 / JANUARY 2008 - DATE TBA:
New Hampshire - Presidential Primary

JANUARY 15, 2007:
Michigan - Presidential Primary

JANUARY 22, 2008:
New Hampshire - Presidential Primary

They're correct with "New Hampshire primary DATE TBA".  Jan. 22nd isn't going to happen.  And the Michigan primary is very much up in the air now that the court has struck down their primary law.

I missed this apparently - why did they strike it down?

It was struck down because of a provision in the law that gave the two parties access to voter lists:

http://www.freep.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20071107/NEWS06/71107020/0/SPORTS07

There's been an attempt in the state legislature to fix the legislation and save the Jan. 15th primary, but it appears to have stalled for now.  See the last few posts in the "roundup of big state primary calendar news" thread for more details:

The Michigan Secretary of State's office has issued a contingent list of candidates for a February 26, 2008 (4th Tuesday in February) primary - which was the law prior to the legislation providing for a January 15th primary.

Contingency Presidential Candidate Listing

Under the old (but perhaps current) law, candidates have until December 9 to ask that their name be excluded from the ballot, or to be placed on the ballot of a different party.

The Michigan Senate did "meet" today, albeit without any Senators present.  Here is the Journal:

10:00a.m.

Pursuant to rule 1.101, in the absence of the Presiding Officers, the Senate was called to order by the Secretary of the Senate.

In the absence of all Senators, pursuant to Joint Rule 15, the Secretary of the Senate adjourned the Senate, the time being 10:01a.m.
