Gubernatorial Elections
Senate Elections
Presidential Elections - Not competitive locally
HoR Elections - Not competitive locally
State Senate Elections - Not competitive locally
State Assembly Elections - Not competitive locally
Municipal Elections - Not competitive
County Elections - The two parties rarely even have distinct stances, and when they do the election is hopeless for one or the other

If I was in the US:

Presidential Elections
Senate Elections
Gubenatorial Elections
HoR Elections- Lower if it's a district with D or R elected unopposed or with African scores
State Senate Elections
State (insert lower house name here) Election
County Elections
Municipal Elections

Canada:

Federal Elections
Provincial legislature elections
Local elections- Useless idiots usually elected coughcough.
School board elections

France

Presidential elections
Legislative elections- Unless if I was in a solid UMP/PS district
EU elections- Those twits are actually quite important in making retarded regulations on sewers and the like
Regional elections
Municipal elections
Cantonale elections- Except in a solid cantons for any party, then it's even less important
