I'm gonna say more Constitutionalists are, but I don't classify any of the parties as racist (and note, I love the Constitution party).

And what exactly are you basing this on? When have the Libertarians ever called for discrimination against any race?

They side with neo-Nazis and skinheads all the time. When your main ideal is personal freedom, you have to allow freedom of such things as racism, homophobia, and bigotry in general.

It's called the right to license upon others. Its a key peice of right-wing ideology. When most conservatives and reactionaires cry "freedom", they are talking about the right to license. This is what Lochner was about. This is what states rights is about. This is what Bell is about and this is what "strict constructionism" is about.

The notion that we actually side with those bigots is ridiculous considering their support for personal freedom is nothing more than a facade. Neo-nazis and skinsheads don't just support allowing such things, they support institutionalizing it. Further, when it comes down to it they don't actually support personal freedom, they support what's convenient to their bigotry. As soon as they would attain power they would actively work to forbid any contrary thoughts being expressed. Libertarians on the other hand actually support personal freedom, which means they would not institutionalize such bigotry and they certainly would not go around policing people's thoughts.

Well, options 3 through 5 are all racist.

I would rank them in this order:

1) Constitution
2) Republican
3) Libertarian

Does anyone ever seriously argue with me in my more nonsensical threads like people are with Willy Woz here though?

So long as their bigotry doesn't lead to harm of others, no we wouldn't. As soon as they do tangible harm then they should be arrested just like anyone else who infringes upon the rights of others.

Nor would the vast majority of people with an educated knowledge of free speech laws, unless they've committed a crime.

What about the Dems? They were the slavery/segregation party, now weren't they?

And currently they are for the only openly racist policy in America, Affirmative Action.

Agreed.  It's discriminatory against whites.  And it's racist against blacks/minorities.  It says that they need extra help to make it into college a job, whatever.
