To Forum members who are Democrats:
Please accept, with no obligation implied or implicit, my best wishes
for an environmentally conscious, socially responsible, low stress,
non-addictive, gender neutral celebration of the Winter solstice
holiday, practiced with the most enjoyable traditions of the religious
persuasion of your choice, or secular practices of your choice, with
respect for the religious/secular persuasions and/or traditions of
others, or their choice to not practice these traditions at all. I wish
you a fiscally successful, personally fulfilling and medically
uncomplicated onset of the generally accepted calendar year 2008, but
not without due respect for calendars of choice of other cultures whose
contributions to the American way of life have made this country so
great. Certainly not to imply that America is greater than any other
country or the only America in the Western Hemisphere. This greeting
is also without regard to race, creed, color, age, physical ability,
worship or not to worship, or sexual preference or persuasion of the
wisher or any receiver of these wishes. By accepting these greetings
you are agreeing to accept the terms of these greetings. This greeting
is also subject to withdrawal or clarification at the discretion of the
originator. It is freely transferable to other wishers to actually
implement any of theses wishes. However it is void where prohibited by
statute or law and also is revocable at the sole discretion of the
wisher. This wish is neither a warrantee nor a guarantee to per form as
would normally be expected within the application of "Good or Glad
Tidings" for a period of one year or until the issuance of another
subsequent holiday greeting, whichever comes first and is limited to a
replacement of this wish or the issuance of a new version/replacement
of this wish at the sole discretion of the wishes originator.

To Forum members who are Republicans:
I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy, Healthy New Year.

Unfortunately, I do not celebrate the Winter Solstice holiday, as it runs contrary to my personal beliefs to worship El-Gabal. I would also like to point out that the festival of El-Gabal was instituted throughout the Roman Empire by a transgendered Emperor. I am not suggesting any ill-will toward the transgendered, but I find it hypocrytical that the Republicans who have such an anti-LGBT agenda are so quick to practice cultural imperialism in promoting such a religious holiday over others.
