Well, which ticket wins and why. Discuss with maps.

Warner for Senate '08/Warner for Senate '08

Warner for Senate '08/HappyWarrior (D): 379 Electoral Votes

Reagan Republican/AndrewCT (R): 159 Electoral Votes

Warner for Senate '08 wins by a comfortable margin over the Republican nominee Reagan Republican. If you switched places on the Democratic ticket, it would be an even greater victory to the Democrats.

I finally made it to a match-up?! ANDREWCT FTW!

ReaganRepublican wins easily, nailing Alaska.

This may sound egotistical, but I think I would do much better than that!  I have moderate views on gun control and civil rights, my only far left position is universial health care, and I oppose the war in Iraq.  I would do at least as well as John Kerry and Al Gore.

You very well might.. you'd probably pick up New Mexico, and Iowa, New Hampshire and Connecticut, maybe Wisconsin.

I think if I were the top of the ticket, we would do very well. I'd have crossover appeal, where as gporter would be able to hold some of the conservative base.

It would be an interesting race if it was between AndrewCT and Warner for Senate '08. Rather than a Gporter vs. Warner for Senate contest. I wouldn't know who to vote for out of Andrew and Warner.

I wonder what would happen if you switched the VPs and the POTUS candidates?

Obviously gporter sweeps a 52-state victory, including Democratic bastions Franco and Puerto Rico.
