Off the top of my head I say Snowe, Schumer, Kennedy, Lieberman and Dodd, Specter, Biden, Mikulski, Byrd, Warner, Cochran, Pryor and Lincoln, Nelson and Hagel, Voinovich, Lugar and Bayh, Obama, Levin, Feingold and Kohl, Harkin and Grassley, McCain, Hatch, Reid, and Inouye.

Obama High's debate team:
"Now let me be clear...I...I...um...uh...now let me be clear. I strongly condemn the affirmative in the strongest possible terms, and I am closely monitoring their arguments. Let me be clear on this."

Russ Feingold by far. No one has better judgement, higher ethical standards or more courage in the entire US Senate.

On the GOP side, for 2016, look out for Gov. Phill Kline (KS), Gov. Ralph Reed (GA), Gov. JD Hayworth (AZ), Sen. David Vitter (LA), among others.

Aside from Obama, Evan Bayh is the only one who comes to mind. He
may
also be the only former Governor in the Senate, come to think of it... I can't think of any others, though that doesn't mean they don't exist.

Ben Nelson of Nebraska, Tom Carper of Delaware, Kit Bond of Missouri, Judd Gregg of New Hampshire, George Voinovich of Ohio, and Jay Rockefeller or West Virginia also served as Governor before they were elected to the Senate.
