Dick may, but I'd be surprised if it were during primetime.

Dick Cheney could.  I don't see the rest of them having a shot (Alan Keyes, lol)

Dick Cheney would be the only one on that list who would get a speaking role at the Republican National Convention. All those others would if they hadn't had lost to Jim Webb and Rick Santorum. If they didn't cause much controversy during his second tenure as Secretary of Defense and nobody cares about Alan Keyes.

George Allen will give his speech on how to lose a safe U.S Senate seat.
Rick Santorum will give his speech on how to lose 60% of Pennsylvania voters.
Dick Cheney will give his speech on how to lose one's hair.
Don Rumsfeld will give his speech on how to lose two wars at once.
Alan Keyes will give his speech on how to lose one's mind.

I look forward to hearing more lessons from leading GOPers on how to lose in life.

Cheney, yes. Keyes might get to speak at 3 AM when nobody is watching.

The two biggest jokes in American politics - No. Duh.
Cheney - Yes, not much of a choice, but at a time deliberately to attract less attention.
Rumsfeld - No
Keyes - LOL

Probably Schwarzenegger too. He gave a pretty strong speech at NYC.

It matters who the nominee is.  Plus, the Bushies hate him now.

Don't forget that whoever the Keynote Speaker is will get a primetime spot.

I don't think Bush will get a primetime spot.  It will just remind people of the past eight years, and I think they would like to move on.

And Jim DeMint & Mike Huckabee unveil the party's updated platform on gay issues?  Perhaps they can introduce James Dobson or William Bennett as Secretary of Re-Education.
