I only needed to read half of the first paragraph to realize these people are idiots.  Anybody that puts that much weight into a freggin number doesn't have their head screwed on straight.  I don't have time to waste trying to find out what these idiots are up to, what's the short of it?

I don't even understand what is being proposed.

They seem to want to pad the Constitution with extra words to reach an ideal word count. Or something like that.

I didn't read most of any of this as its clearly a giant wordy amount of garbage, but there are some ridiculous proposals such as a "Cultural Laundress" who would:

- sit on the supreme court of the united states as a non-voting member
- be elected in may every odd numbered year
- be required to be a female 35 years or older
- be addressed as 'Madam CuL'
- have one purpose: banning pornography*

*actual definition: "sexually licentious or pornographic public phenomena (hereafter abbreviated SLOPPP)"

I'm sure there's plenty more overly specific tripe on this page but by now I must assume it's some elaborate joke.

4E4F542046554E4E59203A28 = Not Funny Sad

It's hexidecimal.  It's like octal, only twice as confusing!
