I suspect Edwards to continue to drop and a major fight between Obama and Clinton.

I don't see any reason to think that the more populated areas will be so overwhelming for Obama and Clinton.  What exactly is a populated area in IOWA?

It's not New York, that's for sure.

Politico says that only 2% of precincts have reported from Polk County so still alot of rural votes.

It's not New York, that's for sure.

Des Moines has a population of around 500,000 or so. Cedar Rapids has about 200,000 as well, IIRC. A couple of other cities have between 50,000 and 100,000 people. So there are some more populated areas.

I'd think that the entrance polls would overestimate Obama and under-estimate Edwards, but that's just random conjecture.

For some reason I feel very relaxed... maybe once Edwards dips below I'll start freaking out.

Wow, I didn't realize how close this really is until I checked CNN's page.  Here's the current state delegate count:

Edwards: 70
Clinton: 66
Obama: 64

This thing is even more ridiculously close than the percentages tell you and could still swing wildly before the night is over.  Quite literally two votes separate Clinton and Obama.

The Sioux County results should be interesting. They voted 85% for Bush in November '04. BRTD says its full of 19th Century Dutch Calvinists (not sure if thats like Amish).

It makes sense.  Edwards is expected to get a huge chunk of the second place votes, and those aren't calculated in the entrance polls.
