Mike Gravel: Never, in it until the convention

GOP:

Mike Huckabee: Never, the nominee
Mitt Romney: February 6 (after Super Tuesday)
Rudy Giuliani: February 6 (after Super Tuesday)
Duncan Hunter: February 6 (after Super Tuesday, but specifically after California)
John McCain: After Huckabee secures enough delegates for the nomination, probably in early May
Ron Paul: Never, in it until the convention
Fred Thompson: January 30 (after Florida)
