17 votes...

REP
McCain 4
Romney 2
Giuliani 1

DEM
Obama 7
Edwards 2
Richardson 1

Notably absent....

The prediction record of Dixville Notch in primaries is terrible.  Probably not this time, however.

Do the people of NH even hear about this, and does it get any attention at all on the media today?

10 Democrats and 7 Republicans. Usually there are a lot more Republicans. 2004 was an exception because the Republican side was competitive. Bush won 19-7 in the general, which was one of the best elections for the Democrats ever there.

This probably means nothing -- stats 101 says never make extrapolations from small samples -- but but 9/13 Indys voted in the Democratic primary. Not good news for John McCain...

Is this the first time Democrat outnumbered Republican?

Ouch. If Hillary's blackout gets some coverage that might drop her even a bit further down.

Actually, there are three Republicans, one Democrat, and 13 Independents.

Any Hart's Location votes?

Is this the first time Democrat outnumbered Republican?

No, but the 2004 Republican primary wasn't very interesting.

Wiki gives 2 votes for Giuliani for a total of 8 votes.

I meant primary turnout.

To be honest I was hoping someone like Hugh Cort got a vote, just so they'd be mentioned on the news. If I was like one of the lesser knowns on the ballot I'd move here so I could vote for myself and have it reported on national news.

Wiki says there's also Millsfield, Ellsworth, and Waterville Valley. The media probably only pays attention to Dixville Notch, though.

Duncan Hunter showed up there tonight... but he wasn't even on their tallyboard when they announced results. Poor guy.

Well, if Obama can reach those of Dixville Notch, he just might be alright.

Perhaps Hart's Location is having some problems with the massive turnout? Cheesy

It's the highest fraction ever voting in the Democratic primary 10/17 = 58.8%. True, it doesn't beat 2004, 15/26=57.7%, but as I said, the 2004 Republican primary wasn't terribly interesting.
