You would know who she is if you knew any girl under twelve that has cable.

Well, Hannah Montana is the pseudonym for the character in a show called Hannah Montana on the Disney Channel. In the storyline the daughter of Billy Ray Cyrus (Stewart in the show), is Miley Stewart (Cyrus in real life), who is a pop star at night, but a regular schoolgirl during the day. Basically every child with cable (most suburban kids), knows what Hannah Montana is. She is a phenomenon among young girls. One concert came here (people in WA tend to dislike country a lot) and people were scrambling for tickets. Some of the things parents did were ridiculous including scams of sick children, etc.

So, Hannah Montana could get a lot of parents' money who are desperate to make their kids happy.
