I actually just listened to a Kucinich campaign manager here, and he doesn't seem entirely unreasonable, but his past and his UFO beliefs steer me away.

He said he saw a UFO. It means he saw a real object/phenomenon that was unidentified. It is a technical term, and it doesn't mean that he believes we're being visited by aliens,

It's nice to know that Kucinich will be allowed in the Democratic debate in NV. But why did the courts have to decide his inclusion in the debate? Was MSNBC trying to pull a fast one like FOX did with Paul?

Including Kucinich without including the much more interesting and entertaining Mike Gravel seems fascist.

What's with all the people who want to stop debate?

There is no measurable difference between the (spoken) policies of Obama, Edwards, and Clinton.  You might as well just present a two-hour orgy where everyone agrees to repeal NAFTA, bring back the troops, and then wink at each other and burst out laughing.

He is a candidate for the Democratic nomination and is running a nationwide campaign. The nomination hasn't been decided yet.

As far as I can see, he should be allowed to step up and present his ideas. What's wrong with doing that?

On top of that, he's a united states congressman, he might be polling poorly, he might be on the far left of the party, but he is a credible political figure by virtue of the fact that he is currently an office holder (what is more he's an office holder who has held his office for some time now).

The issue here is that Kucinich was originally invited, but then his invitation was rescinded. Therefore, one of the planks of his court case was breach of contract.

Kucinich is filing an injunction to stop the debate from occurring until the appeal is decided.
