My only problem is he'll often make vague comments about something without fully explaining what he really means. Him and Sam Spade have a lot of discussion in that way, saying things seeming to almost deliberately make it difficult for anyone else to understand what they mean.

Who knows. He is smarter than nearly everyone else who posts here and knows more about the dynamics behind elections than basically everyone else who posts here.

LOL. It's amazing what can pass for intelligence when one uses a self-assured tone.

He's too populist to be elitist.

Or he's too populist to think he's elitist. Smiley

Seriously though, Al is a cool poster. I'd like to get to know him more in real life.

Al is awesome. I admire him quite a bit, although I do find his politics a little...past sell-by date Wink

I have been a little frstrated with Al's tone sometimes in the discussions on the primaries, especially his attacks on Obama supporters, but honestly a lot of it is deserved. There are some annoying little sh!ts on the forum, including the instigator of this thread.

Actually, his elitism doesn't hurt anybody. It's his intellectual superiority that causes strife.
