When I first saw this story, I was on the ACLU's side.  Perhaps that's because I first saw O'Reilly talk about it. Smiley

Anyway, I think the ACLU is wrong about this one.

At the time, I had no job, so the money I used to sign up the first time was birthday money. Therefore, when re-signup time came around, I had no cash, and I now donate too much to the American Humanist Association to also back the ACLU.

I wish it was a more profound and epic reason, but it isnt. Smiley

A stall isn't private, but a public bathroom in which when the door is closed and locked no one can see or hear without making an effort to snoop would be.  If the stall had floor to ceiling walls, the ACLU would have a claim, but since Craig's happy feet were in public view, he was not in a private place.
