I'm overjoyed. I know she won't carry it in November, but glad to see WV DEMS still give her a convention victory. Hopefully this is foretelling of Jim Justice being elected governor.

I got a chuckle out of imagining IceSpear's reaction, but that's all.

Real shame that Tomblin is term limited. Real good man and a mighty fine governor.

Meh. I'm guessing IceSpear would differentiate between WV delegates (more politically active, loyal Democrats who will likely vote for Hillary) and the total votes cast in the primary (many of which were protest votes.)

I'd have preferred all superdelegates split according to how their states voted as a good faith gesture, but yeah, this is true. I doubt there's any Trump supporters in the WV delegation.

They voted pretty strongly for her in 08 but didn't get to cast their votes at that convention, so maybe this was an average of her 2008 margin of victory and Sanders's 2016 margin of victory?

I don't really care how the superdelegates vote as long as the overall winner is the popular vote winner.

Angry, Sabders won by 15-points, yet got less delegates out of the state.
