I give him a 50% chance of winning it.

If the Louisiana rules are for real, I'd give him a high chance of winning that one too.

Well I'm not completely sure, but we have a caucus on Tuesday to vote for delegates in each congressional district. Then Feb. 9 we have a primary. If any candidate gets over 50% they get all of the delegates for the primary. If no one gets over 50%, any candidate with at least 10% if guaranteed a delegate. One delegates will be determined on Tuesday than on Feb. 9. Paul is the only candidate to have delegates campaigning in all 7 CD's caucuses.

BTW, Paul is coming to Louisiana tomorrow and I'm off work, so I will be going to meet him (along with maybe a few hundred other people). He is the first Republican to campaign in Louisiana at least for a while.

I'm assuming this is based on the assumption of low turnout, and thus mostly only die-hard Paulites coming out, right?

Louisiana:
20 of Louisiana's delegates to the Republican National Convention are allocated to presidential contenders in the Louisiana Presidential Primary.

    * If a candidate receives a majority (more than 50%) of the statewide vote, that candidate is allocated 20 delegates.
    * Otherwise, the 20 delegates will attend the Republican National Convention officially unpledged to any candidate. These delegates will be elected at the State Convention where the participants at the State Convention will alone determine if presidential preference is to be a factor in such choice and, if so, how it is to be applied.

Hawaii's GOP is:
-Military (who supposedly supports Paul, but won't likely participate)
-Filipinos
-Native Hawaiians (a lot of Mormans)

I say it is a race between Giuliani, Romney, McCain, and Paul. Of course this will only be noted if something incredibly odd occurs like a landslide victory for Paul.
