6 points is not that bad for Clinton v. McCain in NC. It could be a 46-53 affair in NC...

This should be a big warning sign for Republicans: McCain's negaitves will surely rise over the course of a long campaign, though there's no denying that he is the strongest republican candidate.

It remains to be seen. We don't expect to win this state, we do want the GOP to fight for it, though.
