It's proportional, but 4 of the 8 districts are 5 delegates so even a narrow win gives a win of 60% of the delegates. Two have 6 and could very well split 50/50, one has 7 and one has 8 (my district, although likely Obama could do well enough to win 5 delegates).

MN-08 would be an interesting one to watch...
