Nebraska - 65.90%
Oklahoma - 65.57%
North Dakota - 62.86%

Texas - 61.09%
Alaska - 61.07%
Indiana - 59.94%
South Dakota - 59.91%
Kentucky - 59.55%
Mississippi - 59.44%
Montana - 59.07%
South Carolina - 57.98%
Georgia - 57.97%

In 2004, all Kerry states except for New Hampshire and Wisconsin.
In 2000, all Gore states except for Iowa, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, New Mexico, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Washington itself.

I don't know what country to classify myself as (Douglas or Boulder)
Boulder is more Dem than every state
Douglas is more GOP than every state except Utah, Idaho and Wyoming
