Bergen County was won by Kerry 51-48, so a lot on both sides.  Last time it went Republican was Murphy in 2000.  Was about 70%+ Republican until the 1980s

52.55% for Bush
45.60% for Kerry

Just to the right: 

Virginia:

53.68% for Bush
45.48% for Kerry

Colorado:

51.69% for Bush
