"I agree" - very decisive response from Clinton.

"I would have to agree with everything Barack just said."

Translation: "Damn it, I wanted to say that!" Tongue

My analysis - Obama wins, but not by a large margin. On the policy discussions he pretty much tied with Clinton, though she might have had a slight edge. He was much stronger in the second half of the debate, especially on Iraq.

What the hell? Are they on CNN? And whats the point, really? With the way these things seem to be trending, most ofthe ones we've had have been pointless....can you imagine the usefullness of the second one? Itll be lower on the Neilson Ratings than "Dr. Ruth's Hands-On Demonstrations". Angry

I'd pretty much agree with that assessment.

They will be on CNN and only if the nominations are not wrapped up before then.

Slight edge to Obama in debate but that will be huge.

Why would the Democrats pick Hillary over Obama when she polarizes republicans and independents and he doesn't?

Nice performance by Barack.   He was sharp.  Not the least intimidated by the Clintons.

My wife supports Romney.  i like McCain.  We've already decided that in the Texas primary in March, instead of cancelling each other's vote out, we're both crossing over and voting for Obama on the Democratic side.

I'm tired.  I'm switching to the Weather Channel right now.  I will stay there the remainder of January (3 hours).

caught this one, nearly in toto.

Good, clean debate.  None of the sensationalism of the past few.  Apparently they disagree a little on health care, but both seem to agree that "universal health insurance is a "moral imperative," so from where I'm standing I just don't see the difference.  The main difference, or I should say the real difference, between them seemed to be that one can claim higher moral authority when opposing US military involvement in Iraq than the other can.

I saw no losers tonight.  They both performed well.

In the last 30 minutes of the debate, which was all I watched, Hillary handled herself extremely well and dominated.

I'd imagine she tends to do that often.

Trying to get into the goldmine, folks.

Yes, "I agree with everything Obama just said" was a clear sign of her dominance over that portion of the debate.

50% of people on CNN's sidebar poll have said that Obama won the debate, compared with 36% saying Clinton did.

Good answer.  No government intervention on parental issues.

Um... that might be a stretch to take that from what he's saying.
