Baltimore would make a good capital of the world.

Go London!!! Alternately, I like the idea of Geneva, it would be good to have a neutral country hold the capital.
London was, I'd say late 19th and early 20th Century London definantely was.
But now, it is NEws York.  The most populus American city with over 8 million people.
Oh ya, I agree, that's what I voted.  And New York's metro area is way more populous than that.
If you count the suburbs.
