I've got a question about the delegate count. States like Illinois that are reporting almost 100% still aren't reporting total delegate numbers. IL has 153 pledged delegates on the democratic side; why has CNN only awarded 93 delegates?

Or California should have 300+ delegates, but many are still missing in the estimates.

When can we expect more detailed delegate estimates?

They're still trying to sort through all the congressional district level delegates I imagine.  Some people were predicting it could take until Friday before we know exactly where all the delegates are going.
