If true, Obama didn't get much of the white vote there.

I AM SHOCKED!!!!!11111

Well he got 26% of it in South Carolina. It does not look like he will get that much in Louisiana per the tea leaves, but I am filling in perhaps too many blanks. Those in Louisiana concerned about the economy split evenly between the two candidates is the main tea leaf I am looking at.
Where are you getting these polls?

Um... wouldn't Clinton need to win some ridiculous percentage of the remaining 70% vote to win Washington at this point?

Also, exit polls for the caucuses would be awesome.

I'm wondering why, with 37% of the precincts reporting and Obama leading by 35%, that CNN isn't calling Washington for Obama?
They just did. Tongue

CNN really has no idea what they are talking about.

They just claimed that 40% of the vote came from Adams, Asotin, Benton and Franklin County combined.

Dumbs.  Useless fancy maps!
But, but... useless maps > facts!

CNN should let us access their maps over the internet. They're much better than the NYT's maps.

Considering Seattle and Remond aren't even in yet, could Obama break 70%? He'll landslide both, of course, but by more than he's doing in the rural counties?

The state party just hasn't updated the jurisdiction level pages, but they are adding in King, Pierce and Snohomish. We have no idea where these results are coming from.
Ah. That explains why so few counties are reporting at 50% reporting.

Exit polls look good for Obama, though it'll be a close win.

The race question is incredibly ugly.

White (50%) Clinton 69-28
African American (44%) Obama 86-14

Male (43%) Obama 52-45
Female (57%) Obama 54-45

The delegate race, so far:

Washington:
Obama 14     Clinton 05     Outstanding 59
Nebraska:
Obama 10     Clinton 03     Outstanding 11

Also Edwards at 15% (though he will probably do better than usual, like 2-3%).

CNN has "updated" their exit polls. Obama 52.6 to Clinton 44.8 if you do the math.

MSNBC looks to have their own exit poll for LA out now:

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21225983/

Gender % Total   Clinton   Obama
Male        40   43   52
Female   60   46   53
The same as CNN's apparently.

That's exactly what they had before (only more specific).
No, earlier they had females at less than 60% of the vote.

At least Douglas County has a small number of people, about 32000.  It is better than Clinton winning King County.
It interrupts our sea of green. Cry

Obama's doing well so far (better than exit polls would suggest), and I expect that he wins NOLA by quite a bit.

What I have to wonder is how exactly Hillary is going to be able to spin three losses tonight, two of them with her losing by over 30%.
Blacks and white people with time on Saturdays aren't real people. I thought Clinton had made that perfectly clear.
