On the republican side, John McCain wins the GOP nomination and selects Jerry Sanders of San Diego, California, as his running mate.

On the democratic side, Hillary Clinton wins the democratic nomination after winning Texas, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. The tally is very close on the first ballot, however Clinton comes away from the first ballot with the nomination.

Which ticket would win? Discuss with maps.

Sanders brings nothing to the ticket.  He barely even makes an impact in San Diego.  Bloomberg hurts McCain more than Hillary, who wins 295-243.
